ENTRY FEES

Your entry fee covers your place in the event. If this event is cancelled by the organiser, we will contact you as soon as possible regarding refund options. For all other reasons this is non-refundable and non-transferable event. If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible. This is an outdoor event. We will do our very best to make sure that this event can go ahead. If we deem the weather to be unsafe we will notify anyone via email as soon as possible.

CLOSING DATE

The closing date for online bookings will be Friday 31st August 9am - we will however allow people to purchase tickets on the day in person.

AGE LIMITS

There is no minimum age limit, we ask that all under 16's be accompanied by an appropriate adult.

FOOD AND DRINK

There will be food and drink available to purchase for a small fee at the festival, the money from these sales comes directly to CancerCare to support the work that we do. We ask that no food is brought onto site, water may be brought in with you in either a sealed bottle or a reusable bottle. Strictly no alcohol to be brought onto site or consumed on site.

SMOKING

Strictly no smoking or vaping allowed anywhere on site

PARKING

No parking will be available on site. We ask you to park along Slyne Road or access public transport. If disabled access is needed please contact event organiser. 01524 381820

DISABLED ACCESS

The site that the festival is situated on is uneven and outside, we will endeavor to make it as accessible as possible but please do contact event organiser with any questions 01524 381820

PHOTOGRAPHY

By registering for this event you agree that any photographs taken may be used for promotional purposes by CancerCare. If you do not wish for your photo to be used for marketing purposes please make a member of staff aware on the day.
