TICKETS & PAYMENT

All tickets must be paid in full at the time of booking. Your place is only confirmed once full payment is received.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

All ticket sales are non-refundable.

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person but, you must email the new attendee’s name at least 24 hours before the event.

No refunds are issued for no-shows.

EVENT CHANGES

If the event date, time, or venue needs to change, all attendees will be notified as soon as possible.

If the event is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be issued.

BEHAVIOUR & CONDUCT

This event is a supportive and professional environment.

Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may result in being asked to leave without refund.

CONTENT & MATERIALS

All training materials, slides, worksheets, and content are for personal use only.
They cannot be copied, taught, or redistributed.

PHOTOGRAPHY & RECORDING

Photos or short video clips of course can be taken on the day for marketing and social media - bring it on!

Please notify Hannah on arrival if you do not wish to appear in any images as we have a content creator capturing the day.


ARRIVAL & TIMING
The event will begin promptly. Late arrivals may miss parts of the day. No refunds or partial refunds are issued for lateness.
