Overnight guest admission from 3pm-5pm
Day guest admission from 4.30pm
Participation is at your own risk.

1. Participation & Supervision
All children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult (18+).
Parents/guardians remain fully responsible for their children at all times.
2. Health & Safety
Participants must follow all safety instructions given by staff or organisers.
Any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements must be disclosed in advance.
A basic first aid kit will be available; attendees are responsible for personal medication.
3. Behaviour & Conduct
Respect other families, staff, and the campsite at all times.
No disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour will be tolerated.
Organisers reserve the right to ask any participant to leave if necessary.
4. Food & Dietary Policy
This is a strictly vegetarian and satvik event.
No non-vegetarian food (including meat, fish, eggs) is permitted on site.
All food brought must be vegetarian and prepared in a satvik manner.
Any shared food must clearly indicate ingredients and potential allergens.
5. Alcohol, Smoking & Substances
Alcohol is strictly prohibited on site.
Smoking, vaping, and use of cigarettes or tobacco products are not allowed.
Anyone found violating these rules may be asked to leave immediately.
6. Equipment & Property
Families are responsible for their own equipment (tents, sleeping gear, etc.).
Any damage to campsite property caused by participants may result in charges.
Valuables are brought at your own risk.
7. Fire & Environmental Rules
Fires are only permitted in designated areas and must be supervised.
No littering – ALL rubbish must be disposed of properly.
Respect wildlife and natural surroundings.
8. Weather & Cancellations
The event will proceed in most weather conditions unless deemed unsafe.
Organisers reserve the right to cancel or modify activities if necessary.
9. Photography & Media
Photos/videos may be taken for promotional purposes.
Inform organisers if you do not wish to be included.
10. Liability
Participation is at your own risk.
Organisers are not liable for injury, loss, or damage unless caused by negligence.
11. Arrival & Departure
Participants must adhere to scheduled arrival and departure times.
Any changes should be communicated in advance.

Children must be supervised at ALL TIMES. Please note that the camping area cannot be closed off and it is possible to access the main road from the camping area. Please be mindful of this when bringing young children.
Parking will be more limited as the field will be used for camping. Cars can only be parked in the car park. Tents and equipment must be carried over the the field.
No refunds possible unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.
Exchanges at the discretion of the event organisers.

The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
