1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Event Brentwood services, including attendance at our events, ticket purchases, and interactions with our website. By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you agree to these terms.

2. Ticketing & Entry
2.1 Ticket Sales
Tickets may only be sold directly by Event Brentwood trybooking ticketing.
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless an event is cancelled by Event Brentwood.
Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.

2.2 Entry Conditions
Attendees must present a valid ticket for entry.
Event Brentwood and venue staff reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person from an event for inappropriate behaviour, intoxication, or failure to comply with event policies.
Age restrictions may apply depending on the event and venue requirements.

3. Event Conduct & Liability
3.1 Attendee Conduct
Disruptive behaviour, including heckling, harassment, or offensive conduct, will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the venue without a refund.
Mobile phones should be set to silent during performances.
Attendees must comply with all venue policies, including any COVID-19 or health and safety regulations.

3.2 Liability & Disclaimer
Event Brentwood is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred at an event unless caused by our negligence.
Attendees participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
Event Brentwood is not liable for event cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., venue issues, force majeure, public health restrictions).

4. Protection of Artists
The Artists performing at our events retain full rights to their material. Any unauthorised recording, photography, or distribution of their performances is strictly prohibited.
Where photography is allowed, we encourage you to tag Event Brentwood.
Any defamatory, harassing, or abusive behaviour towards performers will result in immediate removal and potential legal action.

5. Photography & Videography
By purchasing a ticket and attending an event, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded for promotional purposes.
Event Brentwood may use such images and recordings in marketing materials, social media, and other promotional content.
If you do not wish to be included in photographs or videos, please inform a member of our team before the event.

6. Changes & Cancellations
Event Brentwood reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, lineup, or venue if necessary.
If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be notified and offered a refund or transfer to another event where possible.

7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
