- this is not for profit, so in the unlikely event of cancellation, refunds will be issued, less the very small booking fee taken by the platform
- any surplus funds will be donated to charity, and attendees will be given an opportunity to vote on suitable charities
- concessions can be made available in the event of hardship. Please contact the organiser via email for a private discussion
- the organiser accepts no liability for injury or loss, either before or during the event. In particular, children and dogs must be supervised (and cleared up after!) at all times, especially around open water and the play area
- private car parking for around 30 is available within 300m of the venue. For disabled parking, please contact the organiser via email
- there will not be a bar on site. Attendees are invited to bring their own drinks, and there are supermarkets close by if needed

A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6.
