If you choose to proceed with your booking, you will be bound by the following:

To participate in the dog show you must pay the £3.00 fee per category (subject to availability).

The ticket price may vary due to special promotions.

Human participants must be over the age of 5, and anyone under the age of 13 should be accompanied by an adult

For best child handler class, the human handler must be of primary school age.

Veteran class is open to dogs aged 7+.

Lookalike class – props are allowed, but please bear in mind the safety of the dog/handler.

The judge's decision is final in any of the categories - and please do remember this is just for fun and fundraising!

You are responsible for your dog's behaviour at all times - please ensure that they are kept on a lead during the show, and around the fete. We reserve the right to refuse admission and/or eject any person or their pet as deemed necessary

You are responsible for the removal of all of your dog’s waste.

Please do not bring your dog to the show if they are exhibiting any signs of illness.

All accessibility requirements should be advised at time of booking and no later than 3 weeks before the event.

Online bookings will close at 3 pm on Thursday 3 September – after this time, please attend our registration tent at the fete on Sunday 6 September from 2-2.45pm to sign up.

We regret we are unable to offer refunds, should you need to cancel less than 21 days prior to the event. If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute at no extra cost. Please notify us of the change prior to the event.

We reserve the right to cancel the event or change the venue/date/time, due to circumstances beyond our control. In this case, we will refund the full amount paid if requested. However, we will not be liable for any other costs incurred by attendees.

If the Charvil Fete Organisers choose to cancel the event, we will assume you are happy for us to keep your ticket money as a donation, unless you contact us to tell us otherwise.

All additional costs related to the event including, but not limited to, travel, are the responsibility of the attendees.

The organisers are not liable for any injury, damage or loss other than in respect of death or personal injury arising as a result of the organisers’ negligence.

Attendees of the event agree to be filmed/photographed and for their images to be stored by and used in publicity by My Cancer My Choices and the Charvil Fete Committee

If you experience any problems during the course of the show, please contact the a member of the MCMC team as soon as possible so that the issue can be resolved prior to, or during the show.

We will use the information to process your booking. You confirm your details can be used in accordance with the My Cancer My Choices privacy policy, which is published on our website at https://mycancermychoices.org/privacy-notice/ and you can update your contact preferences by calling 0118 2280960, emailing fundraising@mycancermychoices.org or completing the contact preferences form on our website.
