Terms and Conditions of Jigsaw South East Online Training
Jigsaw South East is a registered charity and all fees from our training help to fund our work supporting grieving children, young people and their families.
1. Payment
1.1. Payment must be made in full immediately on booking.
1.2 Voucher codes are strictly valid only for the specified dates as indicated at the time of issue. They are non-transferable and can only be used by the named recipient of the voucher. Voucher codes must be used as directed and may not be applied to any other booking. Any misuse of voucher codes, including unauthorised transfers or use outside the specified terms, will result in the cancellation of the booking. We reserve the right to cancel or void any booking made with a misused voucher code and to reclaim the voucher code at our discretion.
2. Transfer arrangements.
Same Event on a different date
2.1. Where there is available space for the same Event but on an alternative date, and you have paid in full for your booking, it may be possible to transfer your booking to the new date if you notify us more than 21 days prior to the start date of the original booking with no additional charge. If you notify us with a request to transfer with notice of 21 days or less, our standard cancellation fees will apply, see clause 3 - “Cancellation” below.
Same Event, different delegate
2.2. It may be possible to nominate a colleague to attend a booked Event instead of yourself, with no additional charge. This will be at the discretion of the Training team and verification of the eligibility of the substitute will be required before confirmation of the transfer. The nominated delegate will be sent a booking form in order to complete their data for the Event.
Different Event
2.3. If you wish to transfer your booking to a different Event, this will be treated as a cancellation and the charges under clause 3 “Cancellation” will apply. You will need to make a new booking for the different Event.
3. Cancellation.
3.1. We are unable to offer a full cancellation refund but training arrangements can be transferred (see above) or be subject to the following charges:
3.1.1. Cancellation more than 28 calendar days before the training date, a charge of 20% of the full cost will apply. You will be refunded 80% of the Event cost through the original mode of payment only.
3.1.2. Cancellation 28 days or less before the training date, the full cost of the booking will be charged. You will not receive a refund. A failure to attend a training without giving notice will be considered a cancellation and you will forfeit any refund by failing to give adequate notice.
3.2. All cancellations requests must be received in writing via email to training@jigsawsoutheast.org.uk and must contain the full booking details including:
Organisation name
Booking and delegate contact details
Invoice/receipt number
3.3. Once your cancellation request is received, we will send you acknowledgement. The booking will not be considered cancelled, nor will any refund (where applicable) be payable, until we send you the acknowledgement of cancellation request.
4. Training eligibility
If you enrol for a training event where you do not meet the requirements set out on the event page (this is related to Module two training only), you will not be eligible for a refund, so please review the eligibility criteria before booking. Should you have any queries around your eligibility for training, please email us training@jigsawsoutheast.org.uk and we will help identify whether you meet the requirements.
5. Events delivered remotely
5.1 By accepting these terms and conditions you agree that you will not:
copy, modify, reproduce, re-publish, sub-license, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit or distribute any of the training presentation or materials (including presentations, videos, handouts and resources).
record video or audio footage from the Event, relay by phone, videoconference or other means the training delivered by Jigsaw South East
share the training materials with anyone, use the training materials in the provision of any other course or training whether delivered by you or a third party, or enable participation in the training to anyone who is not booked onto the training.
remove from the training materials any copyright or other notice of Jigsaw South East.
6. Updating your details
It is your responsibility to let us know if your contact details change, so please email us (training@jigsawsourtheast.org.uk) to update us with any changes so that we can contact you about your training booking.
7. Booking on behalf of others and group booking
When making a group booking or a booking on behalf of others, you acknowledge and agree that all individuals included in the booking have seen and accept these terms and conditions as well as the course-specific terms and conditions included in the booking process, if applicable. 8. Amendments to Training
Jigsaw South East reserves the right to change the training content, timing, speakers, mode of delivery. Jigsaw South East is not responsible for attendees' failure to act on our notification of any changes to training, including short notice postponement or cancellation.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This ticket was produced using the TryBooking UK Ltd website. All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
