Terms and Conditions

1. THE PARTIES
Provider: Babylon Eco Centre Ltd (“We”, “Us”, “Our”).
Renter: [Client Name/Company Name] (“You”, “Your”).

2. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Currency: All fees are listed and payable in GBP
Access: Booking confirmation grants access only for the specified date and times.
Overtime: Staying past the booking slot incurs an extra charge of £30 per hour.

3. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Full Refund: Allowed if cancelled at least 24 hours before the booking starts.
No Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking are non-refundable.
Rescheduling: Permitted once, subject to availability, if requested 48 hours in advance.

4. USE OF THE SPACE
Purpose: The space must be used for professional office work only.
Capacity: A maximum of 4 people are allowed in the room at one time.
Nuisance: Noise must be kept to a professional level. No disruption to neighbours.
Illegal Activity: No illegal, immoral, or high-risk activities are permitted.

5. CARE OF PROPERTY AND DAMAGES
Condition: You must leave the space clean and in its original condition.
Damage: You are financially responsible for any damage to the room, furniture, or equipment.
Waste: All personal rubbish must be placed in the provided bins before leaving.

6. INTERNET AND TECHNOLOGY
Fair Use: Fair use Wi-Fi is included in your daily rental fee.
Security: We are not liable for any data breaches or cyber security issues on our network.
Prohibited: No downloading of illegal content or hosting of heavy servers.

7. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE
Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Injuries: We are not liable for personal injuries sustained within the premises unless caused by our gross negligence.
Insurance: You are advised to carry your own business and public liability insurance.

8. TERMINATION
Breach: We reserve the right to end your booking immediately if you breach these terms.
No Refund on Breach: No refunds will be given if you are asked to leave for a policy violation.

9. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales
Prohibited: No downloading of illegal content or hosting of heavy servers.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
