2. Registration & Attendance
Attendance is subject to registration and availability.
By registering for the Event, you confirm that:
• the information provided is accurate;
• you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions;
• you understand that places may be limited.
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations where necessary.
3. Cancellations & Non-Attendance
As the Event is provided free of charge, there is no refund payable.
If you are unable to attend, please notify the Organiser as soon as possible so your place can be offered to someone else.
Repeated failure to attend without notice may affect eligibility for future free events.
4. Event Changes & Cancellation
The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Event programme, timings, location, activities, or speakers where reasonably required.
The Organiser also reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to operational issues, venue availability, weather, or safety concerns.
5. Participant Behaviour
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and professionally at all times.
The Organiser reserves the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour is considered inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive, or contrary to the purpose of the Event.
6. Health & Safety
Attendees must follow all reasonable instructions provided by the Organiser, venue staff, and activity leaders.
Participants are responsible for informing the Organiser of any relevant medical conditions, accessibility requirements, allergies, or dietary requirements prior to attending.
Some activities may involve physical participation. Attendees take part at their own discretion and should only participate where they feel able to do so safely.
7. Alcohol & Refreshments
Where refreshments or alcohol are provided, attendees are expected to consume responsibly.
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse service or remove attendees where behaviour presents a safety concern.
8. Photography & Marketing
Photography, filming, or recording may take place during the Event.
By attending, you consent to the Organiser using event photographs or recordings for internal communications, promotional purposes, and future marketing unless you have notified the Organiser otherwise.
9. Personal Information
Any personal information collected during registration will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the Organiser’s privacy policy.
10. Liability
The Organiser will take reasonable steps to ensure the Event is delivered safely.
The Organiser accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from attendance at the Event, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or attending the Event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
