Terms and Conditions  −  Consulting with Confidence- SCA preparation day

Terms and Conditions
For information about this event, please contact the "Event Organiser"
Please be advised there are spaces available on this course unless it states otherwise.

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of educational sessions by the GP Educator ("Educator") to delegates ("Participants") in both face-to-face and online formats. By booking and attending sessions, Participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking and Payment
a. Sessions must be booked in advance, and attendance must be confirmed either via The Educator, Training Co-ordinator or by other approved method.
b. Booking registration (and where appropriate, payment) must be made prior to the session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
c. The Educator reserves the right to deny access to a session where registration or payment has not been made in full prior to the start of the session.

3. Cancellations and Refunds
a. Participants must inform The Educator or Training Co-ordinator in writing, or cancel via the approved booking site if wishes to cancel/postpone a session that has been booked. Cancellation fees will be applied according to the terms below or at the Educator’s discretion, depending on the circumstances that necessitate cancellation.
b. In the unlikely event that something unforeseeable or outside their control causes the Educator to cancel a session, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
c. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions without prior notice.
d. Online technical issues experienced by Participants do not qualify for a refund unless caused by the Educator’s platform failure.
e. Cancellations made closer to the date of the event will incur higher cancellation charges as summarised in the table below.
This reflects the fact that sessions are often oversubscribed and have a waiting list, but the potential for filling a cancelled space becomes increasingly more difficult as the event date approaches.
