Photography - Please note that photographs and videos will be taken throughout FriendsFest for use by Friends in promotional materials and on our social media channels. By attending the event, you acknowledge that you may appear in these images. If you do not wish to be photographed, please speak to a member of the Friends team on arrival.

Food & Drink - We will have a selection of gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan food options available. You are also very welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks if you prefer. Please note that, due to our licensing conditions, guests must not bring their own alcohol onto the site. A licensed can bar will be available serving alcoholic beverages.

Parking - Parking on the school site will not be available on the day unless this has been agreed in advance with a senior member of Friends, for example, if you require disabled parking. Parking on the surrounding roads will be limited, so please walk where possible. If you do need to park nearby, we kindly ask that you park considerately and are mindful of our neighbours by avoiding blocking driveways or causing obstruction.
