Racing Club Warwick Player Sponsorship – Terms & Conditions (2026/27)
Player sponsorship is valid for the duration of the 2026/27 season only.
Sponsorship is allocated on a first come, first served basis and is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
If your sponsored player leaves Racing Club Warwick during the season for any reason, your sponsorship will automatically be transferred to another available first-team player. No alternative compensation or refund will be offered.
Player sponsorship is non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances once payment has been received.
The club reserves the right to amend player allocations if required due to squad changes, registrations, or other operational reasons.
Company logos and artwork must be supplied in a suitable high-resolution format. Racing Club Warwick reserves the right to request an alternative version if the supplied artwork is unsuitable.
The club will make every reasonable effort to ensure sponsors receive all advertised benefits. However, occasional changes to publications, websites, or social media content may occur due to operational requirements.
Racing Club Warwick reserves the right to refuse or cancel a sponsorship if the sponsor's branding or activities are deemed inappropriate or likely to bring the club into disrepute. In such circumstances, any refund will be at the club's discretion.
By purchasing a player sponsorship, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Proof of age or a concession card may be requested.
There will be no refunds. Doors open 2 hours before the event.
Tickets cannot be on-sold by any means at a price greater than the purchase price of the ticket. Scalped tickets may be cancelled, and the ticket holder denied entry.
Any persons who are noisy, drunk, threatening or unruly will be asked to leave the premises, and will not be eligible for a refund
The event organiser has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event.
If the event is postponed tickets will be available for the rescheduled date.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
