Race Night Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket for the Race Night, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Tickets

All tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.

Tickets may be transferred to another person if you can no longer attend. Please notify the organiser in advance.
2. Event Details

Date: Saturday 8th August
Venue: Park View, 3 Higgin St, Burnley BB10 4DZ
Doors open at the advertised time.
Please bring your booking confirmation on arrival (printed or digital).

3. Charity Fundraiser

This event is being held to raise funds for Pendleside Hospice.
All proceeds from ticket sales, horse sponsorships, raffle ticket sales and betting will support Pendleside Hospice after event costs have been covered.

4. Horse Sponsorship

Horse sponsorships are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse inappropriate or offensive horse names.
Sponsorship does not guarantee a winning horse or prize.

5. Betting

Betting is for entertainment purposes only and forms part of the Race Night experience.
Cash should be brought for betting unless otherwise stated.

6. Raffle

Raffle prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
Winners will be announced during the event.

7. Behaviour

We ask all guests to behave respectfully towards fellow attendees, venue staff and volunteers.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or ask anyone behaving inappropriately to leave the event.

8. Photography

Photographs and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes by Greenarc Fuel Cards and Pendleside Hospice.
If you do not wish to appear in photographs, please let a member of the organising team know on arrival.

9. Event Changes

The organisers reserve the right to amend the event programme or timings if necessary.
In the unlikely event that the Race Night is cancelled, ticket holders will be contacted as soon as possible.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
