Refunds will only be issued if Burton Unity CIC cancels the session.
Parents/carers must provide accurate medical, allergy and emergency contact information.
Children must be collected promptly by an authorised adult.
Burton Unity CIC reserves the right to contact parents/carers if a child becomes unwell or their behaviour affects the safety or wellbeing of others.
Activities may be changed due to weather, staffing or circumstances outside our control.
Photographs and short videos may be taken during the holiday club for Burton Unity CIC’s social media, publicity and funding reports. Please tell us before the session if you do not want your child to be photographed or filmed.
