Terms and Conditions  −  Molesey Beer Festival 2026 🍻

1. Event bookings
All bookings to be made via TryBooking.

2. Payment
Full payment will be taken at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations and Exchanges
Cancellation requests should be submitted via hello@moleseybeerfestival.co.uk ASAP.
Refunds will only be issued up to 2 weeks before your event date, otherwise we are unable to issue a refund.
The attendee names of the event can be changed without charge.

4. Non-attendance
If you do not attend an event, and have not previously informed us, the full event fee remains payable and no refunds will be offered.

5. Late arrivals/missed sessions
If you arrive late for an event at full capacity, we reserve the right to refuse to accept you with less than one hour remaining of the session. In all such cases, the full ticket fee remains payable.

6. Unforeseen circumstances
On occasion, unforeseen circumstances may require us to cancel an event. In such circumstances you will be given as much notice as possible and either a free transfer to another event date or a full refund of fees paid.

7. Guidelines for attendees
•We reserve the right to refuse entry.

•You won't be allowed in if you arrive drunk.

•Over 18s only are permitted entry into the Festival at any time.

•The “Challenge 25” strategy will be in operation at the festival. Anyone who is over 18 but looks under 25, will be asked to show acceptable photo ID (a card bearing the PASS hologram, a photographic driving licence or a passport) if they wish to buy alcohol.

•Drink sensibly - Some of the beers and ciders are very strong!!

•We won't serve anybody who's already drunk.

•Anybody who has had too much to drink, is violent, intimidating to other guests or staff, or causing a nuisance will be ejected from the festival without refund, and be reported to the police.

•Unused tickets/tokens cannot be refunded.

•Everyone will be holding a glass, so watch out and advise a member of staff about any breakages.

•No alcohol or food may be brought into the Festival.

•Please keep the noise down when you go home – this is a residential area.

•No Dogs are allowed at the festival.

•Above all, enjoy the festival with respect for other guests, staff, the venue and our neighbours.

•The organiser’s decision is final.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
