TERMS & CONDITIONS
If purchasing tickets on behalf of other guests within your party, please ensure you have explained the below Terms and Conditions to all guests attending:
1. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
2. Full payment will be taken upon booking. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be used towards other goods or services. We would recommend sourcing insurance to cover cancellation, if this is required.
3. All prices quoted include VAT at the prevailing rate and are subject to change, should the VAT rate change.
4. The running order provides an approximation of timings and should be used as a guide only. Guests must arrive no later than 7pm so that they can enjoy a drink, find their seats and ensure the show begins as scheduled.
5. If your group is small, or you're attending solo, you'll be seated with other guests to share theories, thoughts and ideas throughout the event. Tables will seat upto 10 guests on each. For larger groups, you may be split into smaller teams.
6. After Dark will provide booklets to share amongst teams which includes rules of the game, how to play as well as a note pad and pen.
7. Guests are encouraged to dress in the style of the period or in the theme of the show.
8. Although After Dark Murder Mystery shows rarely feature profanity, the scripts are written in a tongue-in-cheek way, with many featuring innuendo, double-entendre and, of course, the topic of murder. After Dark are known for their satire scripting and adult themes. We believe that what guardians find appropriate for a younger audience could be subjective and, as a venue, would recommend 12+ years.
9. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any date. In these circumstances, either an alternative will be offered or a full refund of any payments. The hotel will have no further liability.
10. The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission and escort a guest off the premises if behaviour is inappropriate.
11. If you are concerned about food allergies, you are invited to contact one of our team members for assistance.
