Terms and Conditions
No child or adult will be allowed into the venue without an adult
All children and adults require a ticket
Babies that are 2 and under and not a student attending can come in for free but please let us know if you are bringing a little one with you so we have their details.
Tickets cover all food, trophies, medals and certificates
DJ & Band are not covered in the ticket price
Doors will open at 3pm
Seats are not reserved so it is first come first served for where you sit. The round tables seat 10 per table.
All dietary requirements must be explained fully on the ticket purchase please fill those in so we can make sure you have everything you require and that we can cater for you.
Food will be served after the awards have been given out.
When awards are being given out we ask that everyone is quiet so parents, guardians and family members can hear what is read out about each students and why they have won the award.
Each student will receive a trophy, medal and a certificate at the awards ceremony. With the exception of some special awards at the end of the presentation where some students may receive two because of this.

Only adults can consume alcohol at this event.
Anyone who is drunk and disorderly will be asked t leave and a taxi will be ordered for you by a Blackburn Rovers member of staff.
Bringing your one drinks into the venue is prohibited.
The bar is a card only bar, no cash can be taken for drinks.
Please do bring some cash with you for our raffle on the night. The raffle will be drawn at 8.45pm
Please tag Rothwell Arts & Vicky Rothwell in all your pictures and videos so we can relive the night from your eyes.

As this is our 20th anniversary we have lots of wonderful surprises happening over the course of the evening and lots of give aways.
