Your guide is a qualified Mountain Leader with extensive knowledge and experience of the Howgill Fells.

Please meet at The Black Bull Inn, 44 Main Street Sedbergh, LA10 BL from 10am and no later than 10.30am on the day of the walk or course. We will also conclude the walk or course at the Black Bull Inn.

There are several pay and display car parks available in Sedbergh.

You will need suitable footwear for fellwalking, ie walking boots or trail shoes with a cleated sole, a waterproof jacket, fleece or other warm layer, hat/gloves as necessary, water and something to eat along with any medication that you may personally require during the day.

For the Navigation Essentials for Fellwalkers course, please bring a silva compass and 1;25,000 ordnance survey map OL19 Howgill Fells & Upper Eden Valley in a waterproof map case if you can. Sedbergh Summits have a small pool of spares that can be loaned out is necessary.

Cancellation Terms.

If Sedbergh Summits cancel the walk or course - 100% refund.

If you cancel the walk or course;

- More than 7 days before the walk - 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before the walk - no refund.
