Write Your Way to Wellness

Terms & Conditions

By booking a place on Write Your Way to Wellness, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. The course

Write Your Way to Wellness is a six-week online wellbeing and journaling course delivered live via Zoom.

The course begins on Thursday 17 September 2026 and runs for six consecutive Thursdays from 7:30pm to 9:00pm.

Each session lasts approximately 90 minutes, with an optional Q&A and group discussion of up to 15 minutes afterwards.

Your booking includes:

• Six live online sessions
• A digital course workbook
• Journaling prompts and exercises
• Access to recordings of the sessions
• Optional Q&A and discussion following each session

Nothing else is included in the course fee unless expressly stated.

2. Course fee

The founding cohort price is £95 for the full six-week course.

Payment must be made in full when booking through TryBooking to secure your place.

3. Cancellations and refunds

I want you to feel confident that Write Your Way to Wellness is right for you.

You are welcome to attend the first live session and, if you decide afterwards that the course isn't what you expected, contact me within 24 hours of the session and I will refund your course fee in full.

Once a refund has been issued, your place on the course will end and you will no longer have access to future sessions, recordings or course materials.

After this period, refunds will not normally be offered unless I am unable to deliver the course as described.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights, including any cancellation rights that may apply to an online purchase.

4. Missing a session

If you are unable to attend a live session, a recording will be made available so you can catch up.

Missing a session does not entitle you to a refund.

5. If I need to cancel a session

If I need to cancel a session due to illness or circumstances outside my reasonable control, I will make every reasonable effort to rearrange it.

If I have to cancel the course entirely and cannot provide the remaining sessions, an appropriate refund will be provided for any part of the course that cannot be delivered.

6. Session recordings

The main course sessions will be recorded so participants can catch up or revisit the material.

By taking part with your camera or microphone enabled, you understand that your image, voice or contributions may appear in the recording.

Please avoid sharing anything during a recorded part of the session that you would not be comfortable being heard by other course participants watching the recording.

Recordings are provided for course participants only and must not be copied, shared, published or distributed.

7. Privacy and group confidentiality

This course is designed to be a supportive space where participants may choose to discuss personal experiences.

You are never required to share anything you have written in your journal.

Participants are expected to respect each other's privacy and not share personal information, stories or experiences disclosed by another participant outside the group.

While I will set this expectation clearly, I cannot guarantee the actions of other participants.

8. Wellbeing and medical disclaimer

Write Your Way to Wellness is an educational wellbeing and journaling course.

It is not therapy, medical treatment or a substitute for professional medical or mental health support.

Information provided during the course is for general educational purposes and is not individual medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, please seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

9. Participation

You are responsible for deciding what you feel comfortable writing about, discussing or sharing during the course.

You are welcome to participate in group discussions, but you will never be required to share your journal entries or personal experiences.

10. Course materials

All course materials, including the workbook, prompts, exercises, session recordings and other resources, are provided for your personal use only.

They must not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, published or shared with anyone outside the course without prior permission.

11. Technology

The course is delivered online using Zoom.

You are responsible for having a suitable internet connection and device to access the sessions.

I cannot be responsible for problems caused by a participant's internet connection, equipment or inability to access Zoom.

If a significant technical problem on my side prevents a session from being delivered, I will make reasonable arrangements to reschedule the session or provide an appropriate alternative.
