1. Ticket Purchase

All tickets purchased through this website are intended solely for admission to the specified college event. Tickets may not be resold, exchanged, or transferred without prior permission from the event organisers.

2. Payment

Graduates and guests are responsible for purchasing their own tickets and ensuring all payment details provided are accurate.

3. Refund Policy

If an event is cancelled by us, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price paid. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Requests for refunds in other circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refund decisions will be made at the sole discretion of the organisers, taking into account the individual circumstances of the request. Where we determine that the circumstances are reasonable, a full or partial refund may be issued. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be granted.

4. Event Changes

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event date, venue, schedule, or programme where necessary. Such changes will not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

5. Admission

All attendees must present a valid ticket for entry. We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.
