NPS Playgroup Terms and Conditions
By purchasing or using a ticket for the NPS Playgroup, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Supervision and Parental Responsibility
1.1. The playgroup is intended for children who are accompanied by a parent, carer, or other responsible adult aged 18 or over.
1.2. Children must remain under the direct supervision of their accompanying adult at all times.
1.3. Parents and carers are solely responsible for the safety, behaviour, welfare, and supervision of their child(ren) throughout the session.
1.4. School staff and volunteers facilitate the session but do not provide childcare and cannot assume responsibility for supervising individual children.
2. Admission
2.1. A valid ticket is required for entry.
2.2. Tickets are non-transferable unless agreed by the organiser.
2.3. The school reserves the right to refuse admission or require any participant to leave if their behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
3. Health and Safety
3.1. Parents and carers must ensure that children use equipment and resources safely and appropriately.
3.2. Any accidents, injuries, or concerns should be reported immediately to a member of staff.
3.3. Children who are unwell, have a contagious illness, or are displaying symptoms of an infectious disease should not attend.
3.4. The school reserves the right to close or cancel sessions where necessary for health, safety, or operational reasons.
4. Personal Property
4.1. Attendees are responsible for their own belongings and those of their children.
4.2. The school accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought to the playgroup.
5. Photography and Media
5.1. Parents and carers must respect the privacy of other families when taking photographs or videos.
5.2. Any photography or recording intended for publication or social media must comply with the school's safeguarding and photography policies.
6. Booking, Cancellation and Refunds
6.1. Tickets may only be refunded if a session is cancelled by the school.
6.2. Refund requests for non-attendance will be considered at the school's discretion.
6.3. The school reserves the right to alter session dates, times, or activities where necessary.
7. Liability
7.1. Attendance at the playgroup is at the participant's own risk.
7.2. The school accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage arising from a failure to follow these terms and conditions or from the lack of appropriate parental supervision.
8. Acceptance of Terms
8.1. By purchasing a ticket and attending the playgroup, parents and carers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
