Summer Picnic – Terms & Conditions

Event: Summer Picnic – Last Picnic of the Year
Date: Friday 11th September
Time: 10:30am–2:00pm
Venue: Sandall Park, Doncaster
Price: £10 per child (ages 0–4)

1. Booking

* Tickets are required for children attending the event.
* Adults do not require a separate ticket.
* Tickets are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
* Please check your booking details carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

* Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.
* If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered a refund or an alternative arrangement where appropriate.
* If you are unable to attend, tickets cannot normally be transferred or refunded.

3. Children & Supervision

* The event is specifically for children aged 0–4 years.
* All children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
* Parents/carers remain responsible for their children throughout the event.

4. Activities & Inflatables

* Activities are subject to availability and may change due to weather, safety requirements or circumstances beyond our control.
* Inflatables are operated subject to safety conditions, including suitable weather and wind speeds.
* Children must follow all safety instructions and age restrictions.

5. Weather

* As the event is outdoors, activities may be changed, restricted or cancelled due to adverse weather conditions.
* The organisers will make reasonable efforts to provide as much of the advertised experience as safely possible.

6. Picnic & Refreshments

* A picnic lunch bag and unlimited juice are included for each paying child.
* Please notify the organisers of any allergies or dietary requirements when booking.
* We cannot guarantee that food is free from traces of allergens.

7. Photography

* Photographs and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes.
* Please speak to a member of the Friends of Sandall Park team if you do not wish your child to be photographed.

8. Liability

* Friends of Sandall Park will take reasonable steps to ensure the event is run safely.
* Parents/carers are responsible for supervising children and following event rules.
* The organisers cannot accept responsibility for loss, damage or injury arising from failure to follow safety instructions.

9. General

* The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove anyone who behaves in an unsafe or inappropriate manner.
* The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event where necessary.
