No anti-sociable behaviour at any time, this is a sophisticated night time venue for grown ups and we like to keep it that way.

Cancellations are not refundable within 5 days of your booking due to food and staffing commitments, sorry. If you wish to cancel a booking please email events@northwoodhouse.org with your details at least 5 whole days before the 7pm opening time of your booking date. (eg a cancellation for a Friday booking must be made by 7pm on the prior Sunday) A £5 non returnable deposit  will be retained from each refunded tickets to cover admin fees, sorry.

Please select your choice of buffet supper box at the time of booking. This cannot be changed once booked unless you email events@northwoodhouse.org at least 2 whole days before  your booking date.
