We are happy to accommodate earlier starts and later finishes - please get in contact with the office before booking to ensure we can facilitate any requests.

Tea and Coffee is provided as part of your booking, if you require any additional catering we can gladly organise this for an additional cost. Please contact the office to book any catering requirements (breakfast, lunch or even supper).

All meeting rooms are booked for the allotted session times only, if you require an extension to your booking, you will need to book and pay for the session prior to the last one finishing and based on availability. Availability can be found online.

Any damage to equipment during your session booking is to be reported to the Herdwork team, any necessary repairs or replacement will be charged for.

Appropriate use of the rooms/Herdwork communal spaces and internet are the responsibility of the meeting room organiser.

Refunds will be given if the room is cancelled 48 hours in advance there are no refunds after 48 hours but please contact the office to see if we can honour your booking on a different date.

The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
