EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- If you are unable to attend the event booked, you must cancel at least 48 hours before the booking start time. Where you cancel less than 48 hours before the booking start time we reserve the right to refuse a refund unless the place can be reallocated to another participant.


PERSONAL PROPERTY, INJURY, ILLNESS AND DEATH
We will compensate you for any loss or damage you may suffer if we fail to carry out our obligations under this agreement or to a reasonable standard or are in breach off duties imposed on us by the law (including if we cause the death or personal injury to you by our negligence) unless the failure is attributable to:
(i) Your own fault
(ii) A third party unconnected with our provision of services under this agreement; or
(iii) Events which neither we nor our suppliers could have reasonably foreseen or forestalled even if we had taken all reasonable care

I understand and give explicit consent that the information I provide about myself and others in this form will be retained securely by Lincs Inspire in accordance with its Data Protection and Data Retention policies which can be found at https://www.lincsinspire.com/enterprise/Privacy

So that we can communicate important service level/operational information with you (such as unavoidable activity cancellation and changes to your terms and conditions) we ask you to share your email address and/or mobile phone number. Your email and mobile number will not be used for marketing and promotional purposes unless you consent to receiving marketing information from us. If the member is under the age of 16, this section must be completed and signed by the parent or career. From time to time we would like to contact you with information. All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6.
