Terms and Conditions
A full refund will only be issued if cancelled in writing within 14 days after the booking is placed. If a booking is made within 30 days prior to the date of the event we are unable to make a refund. No rebate, discount, credit, waiver of fees or refund is available for any cancellation.
Exhibition space will be allocated prior to arrival and will not be transferable on the day. A 6' x 2' table and table cloth will be provided. If you have a curved/large exhibition stand please contact us - we will do our best to help accommodate you but we do need prior notice. If you do not require a table please let us know. Exhibitors can request chairs and power when booking.
Exhibitors may access the facilities TBC and/or from 9am on the day of the event to set up prior to the event commencing at 10am. Exhibitors must be in place and ready for the event opening at 10am. No part or whole of any exhibitor stand may be sublet by the exhibitor. No exhibit can be dismantled, packed away or removed until the event has completed. The exhibitor must ensure that all exhibits are removed from the premises by 4.00pm on the day of the event.
Free parking is available at the venue.
Members rates are extended and honoured only if individuals are still Members on the day of the event, if not, the Non-Members rate will be applicable.
Attendees details (Name, Business and Email) are collected and shared in an attendee list which will be distributed to all attendees on the day. If you do not wish to have your details included please email us at events@pinklinkladies.co.uk at least 72 hours before the event starts. Details may also be shared with our partners for catering and information.
We will use your details to keep you in the loop about networking, events and updates. If you do not wish to be contacted, please email us at events@pinklinkladies.co.uk and ask to be excluded.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
