Start times will be between 9.30am and 12pm.
If you wish to do the ride with friends from other households, please ensure you have
entered details of all the riders in your group through one email booking and one payment
only.
Travel and Parking – A parking steward will direct you to park. Please use the Entrance via Church Lane, Mountfield to access the venue.
Start of the Ride – Riders are asked to check in and pick up their number, ready to start the
ride.
On the Ride – The route will be clearly marked. No overtaking at speed and please be
respectful of other riders and their safety. Please carry a mobile phone on the ride and take
note of this emergency number 07831 642 120 in case of any issues.
Completion of the ride – Please check in with the steward so we know you are back safely.
Venue facilities – There will be on-site catering, but no toilet facilities.
Covid Symptoms – If you are showing any signs of Covid-19 symptoms, you should be self-
isolating and must not attend this event.
Children are very welcome on the ride, but parents (or a responsible adult) are responsible
for supervising them at all times.
Dogs must be kept on leads.
Hard Hats to current British Safety standards must be worn.
All competitors and owners of the horses take part at their own risk. Neither the organisers
nor landowners accept any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury, death, or illness to
horses, riders, spectators, drivers, cars, vehicles or their contents and accessories or any
other person or property whatsoever whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract
or in any way whatsoever.
ENTRIES
Please ensure you provide the following on the booking form:
Your name, your address and your mobile phone number
The names of the people that you will be riding with, and their ages if 16 or under
The name of the person who will be submitting the payment for your party.
All entries are to be booked via the trybooking booking system.

PRE-BOOKING ONLINE COSTS
Adults: (16+) £20.00
Accompanied children (Under 16's) £15.00
The closing date for online booking entries is Friday 8th September 2023.
ON THE DAY COSTS
Please note we will be have capacity to take on the day entries on Sunday 10th September 2023
Adults: (16+) £25.00
Accompanied Children (Under 16's) £20.00
Cash and Card will be accepted.
Receipt of payment secures place on ride and is also confirmation of your agreement to
comply with the above terms and conditions including the disclaimer and cancellation
terms.
CANCELLATION/REFUNDS
Entry fees are non-refundable unless supported by a Doctor’s note and/or Vet certificate.
