Terms and Conditions: Henry Allen Trust Black and Gold Ball

The following terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations that apply to all guests participating in this charity event. By purchasing a ticket or attending the ball, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions:
Ticketing:
a. Tickets non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by the organisers.
b. Each guest must possess a valid ticket, which must be presented at the entrance for admission.
c. Tickets may only be purchased by individuals aged 18 years or older.
Event Admission:
a. The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any guest who violates these terms and conditions or engages in disruptive behaviour.
b. All guests must adhere to the dress code specified for the event. Formal attire, including black and gold-themed clothing, is required.
c. Proof of age may be requested at the entrance.
Conduct:
a. All guests are expected to behave respectfully towards others attending the event, including organisers, volunteers, staff, and fellow guests.
b. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. Violators may be removed from the premises and face legal consequences.
c. Guests must follow the instructions provided by event staff and security personnel at all times.
Health and Safety:
a. Guests attend the event at their own risk. The organisers will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
b. Guests are responsible for their own belongings. The organisers will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen items.
c. Guests should notify event staff of any medical conditions or allergies that may require attention during the event.
Photography and Media:
a. The organisers may take photographs or videos during the event for promotional purposes. By attending the event, guests grant permission for their likeness to be used in such materials.
b. Guests are permitted to take personal photographs for non-commercial use. However, the use of professional cameras, video recording devices, or other commercial equipment is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.
Alcohol and Substance Abuse:
a. The sale and consumption of alcohol are regulated by local laws and event policies. Guests must adhere to these regulations.
b. The organisers reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest who is intoxicated, engages in substance abuse, or violates alcohol policies.
Cancellation or Alterations:
a. In the unlikely event of cancellation, the organisers will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders in advance. Refunds or alternative arrangements may be offered at the organisers' discretion.
b. The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event program, including the schedule, entertainment, or venue, if necessary. Any changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.
Donations:
a. The Henry Allen Trust is a charitable organisation, and any additional donations made during the event are voluntary. Contributions are non-refundable and will be used for the Trust's charitable purposes.
Governing Law:
a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
By purchasing a ticket or attending the Henry Allen Trust Black and Gold Ball, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
