Thank you for your interest in attending the Retro Rides Gathering 2023 (RRG23) - please read below for the necessary 'small print' and our refund policy.

In this section, words like ‘holder’, ‘bearer’, and ‘purchaser’ will refer to you - the ticket holder. On the other hand, ‘our’, ‘us’, ‘we’, ‘issuer’, ‘provider’ and similar terms will indicate the organisers of Retro Rides Gathering 2023 - Retro Rides Events.

By opting to purchase, allocate or possess tickets to RRG23, you automatically agree to our terms of use. If you have problems with any of the clauses listed below or do not agree with the risk allocations mentioned here, please do not purchase tickets or try to enter the venue premises.

Please note that Retro Rides Events reserves the right to make changes, revisions, and amendments, or add/remove sections from this set of terms and conditions - without any prior notifications to you. Such changes will be duly reflected on the website of the organiser - www.retroridesgathering.com. These changes will relate back to the date of purchase of RRG23 tickets.

The price quoted to you at the time of booking is firm and is non-negotiable.
The ticket you purchase represents a revocable license for you to access Mallory Park Circuit on 13 August 2023, when RRG23 is scheduled to be hosted. The license includes the revocable right to attending the Retro Rides Gathering 2023. This license can be revoked at any time by the issuer at its sole discretion, without any prior notifications or compensation options. If the license is revoked, you will not be granted entry at the venue.
The bearer has to assume full responsibility of the RRG23 tickets, once (s)he receives it. Retro Rides Events has no liabilities - financial, legal, or otherwise - in case the delivered tickets are stolen, lost, damaged, destroyed or rendered unusable in any other way.

Kindly note that TryBooking is the sole authorised source for purchasing RRG23 tickets. If you obtain your ticket(s) from any other unauthorised source, you take on the risks of those tickets turning out to be counterfeit or reported to be stolen. The issuer has the right to dishonour such stolen/counterfeit tickets and declare them as void. No refund or compensation will be offered for such tickets.

The RRG23 tickets delivered to you are not meant to be used for illegal reselling, copying, reproducing, or misrepresenting in any form. You cannot use the ticket(s) for any promotional/advertising purposes either (including sweepstakes and competitions) without our prior approval. Any proven record of such activities will result in immediate seizure and cancellation of your ticket(s).

Please note that RRG23 tickets cannot be redeemed against cash, credits, or any other benefits.
Retro Rides Events has the right to investigate if there has been any violation of the RRG23 ticketing terms and conditions. In case of any conflicts, the decision of Retro Rides Events will be deemed final (i.e., the issuer will remain the final arbiter in cases of disputes).

Any requests for refunds or ticket/purchase amendments need to be made in writing via email . These will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis during the 'early bird' period, until midnight Friday 14th July 2023. After this time & date no refund requests will be entertained.

If RRG23 is cancelled in its entirety due to any unforeseen circumstances, Retro Rides Events has the sole and absolute right to:
i) reschedule the event, or
ii) issue a partial/full refund, or
iii) not issue any refunds.
Please note that the decision of the issuer in such cases will be deemed final and binding.

If RRG23 is cancelled due to any factors or causes not in the control of the issuer, the latter will offer a partial or full refund, or postpone the event, or provide a comparable ‘make good’ option. These factors will be inclusive of, but not limited to, natural disasters, federal/state announcements, strikes, delays in production, and the like. Once again, the decision of Retro Rides Events will be considered final.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This ticket was produced using the TryBooking UK Ltd website. All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
