Event Terms and Conditions

Definitions:

Event: Big Sleep Out event organised by the Organiser

Organiser: Simon on the Streets (charity number: 1165317).

Website: www.simononthestreets.co.uk

Venue: the location booked to host the event

Attendee: the person registered to attend


Safety:

Attendees must be aged 18 or over.
Attendees agree to comply with the Organiser’s and Venue’s policies and procedures at all times during the Event.
Alcohol is strictly prohibited and will be confiscated. Attendees found to have brought alcohol on site will be asked to leave.
Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas.
Security personnel will be on site to ensure safety procedures are adhered to and to remove any persons found to be behaving inappropriately.
Attendees are asked to ensure their ICE (in case of emergency) details are up to date and available within their mobile phone.


Tickets:

The ticket price is as detailed on the booking system and website and will be the fee applicable at the time of booking.
Trybooking charges a small processing fee for payments, which will be added to your booking fee.
Tickets cannot be cancelled or transferred and are non-refundable.
Ticket bookings will close on the earlier of 10am three working days prior to the Event or when the event capacity is reached.


Donations:

100% of your donation goes to Simon on the Streets. Trybooking charges a small processing fee for payments, which will be added to your donation.


GDPR:

All data will be processed in accordance with the Organiser's Privacy Policy as detailed on the Website.


Use of Image:

Attendees consent to photography and filming at the Event and agrees to the use and reproduction of his/her name, likeness, appearance, photographs and recordings.
If an Attendee does not wish for their image to be used they should contact the Organiser directly via admin@simononthestreets.co.uk.
All such commercial rights of any film, photograph or other media format belong entirely to the Organiser.


Personal Items:

Items brought to the Event are the sole responsibility of the owner. The Organiser and Venue do not accept responsibility or liability for such items or for any damage or loss.


Event:

The Organiser shall not be liable for any expenses incurred by the Attendee in attending the Event.
The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss or injury occurring as a result of attending the Event.


Event Cancellation:

The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the Event.
In the event of cancellation, the Organiser shall not be liable for any losses incurred by the Attendee as a result, except that the Attendee may request a refund of their booking fee within thirty days of the date of the cancellation notification. Donations will not be refunded.


Event Changes:

The Organiser reserves the right to change the venue, date and/or timings as required.
Should a change of date be made and an Attendee be unable to attend the rearranged date, the Attendee may receive a refund of their booking fee providing they notify the Organiser in writing within fourteen days from the date of notification. Donations will not be refunded.


Force Majeure:

The Organiser shall be entitled to cancel, postpone or change the Event if it is deemed to be necessary as a result of a ‘Force Majeure’ event (an event beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser) and the Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damages or expenses incurred by the Attendee as a result.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
