1. Field Access and Session Times:

- The secure dog field is accessible to users who have booked a session for a specified time only.

- Sessions will be made available via the booking system on a weekly basis.

- Users are required to strictly adhere to the designated session times. By the end of the session, it is necessary to have vacated the dog walking area and have your dog(s) securely inside your vehicle or have left the farm premises with your dog(s) securely leashed. This policy ensures there is ample time for you to leave the premises entirely before the commencement of the next scheduled session.

- Access to the secure area is via a gate with a combination padlock, you will be issued with the padlock combination code at time of booking.

- Users must securely close and latch the gate when entering or exiting the field. Do not enter the enclosed field while someone else is in it. If the padlock is not on the latch and scrambled it is an indication that someone may be in the area.

- Each session permits a maximum of 5 dogs. If you wish to bring more dogs you must contact the office to make special arrangements by calling 01869 338307 or emailing hi@springhillfarmoxfordshire.co.uk.
