EVENT RELEASE FORM CIDER RALLY 2024
By purchasing your ticket you are agreeing to this event release form.
The undersigned (on my own behalf and on behalf of my heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns), for and in consideration of the opportunity to participate in a “Ride,” “Poker Run,” “Rally,” “Field Meet” or “Activity” (hereinafter, EVENT(S) sponsored and/or conducted by Harley-Davidson, Inc., Harley-Davidson Motor Company, the Harley Owners Group, authorized Harley-Davidson dealer(s) and/or local H.O.G. chapter(s) and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (hereinafter, the “RELEASED PARTIES”) releases and holds harmless the "RELEASED PARTIES" from any and all claims and demands, rights and causes of action of any kind whatsoever which I now have or later may have against the "RELEASED PARTIES" in any way resulting from, arising out of, or in connection with the performance of their chapter duties and my participation in any said EVENT(S).
This Release extends to any and all claims I have or later may have against the "RELEASED PARTIES" resulting from or arising out of their performance of their chapter duties whether or not such claims result from negligence (except wilful neglect) on the part of any or all of the "RELEASED PARTIES" with respect to the EVENT(S) or with respect to the conditions, qualifications, instructions, rules or procedures under which the EVENT(S) are conducted or from any other cause.
I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS MEANS THAT I AGREE NOT TO SUE ANY OR ALL OF THE "RELEASED PARTIES" FOR ANY INJURY RESULTING TO MYSELF OR MY PROPERTY ARISING FROM, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PERFORMANCE OF THEIR CHAPTER DUTIES IN SPONSORING, PLANNING OR CONDUCTING THE EVENTS EXCEPT IN THE CASE OF WILFUL INTENT BY THE RELEASED PARTIES. Nothing in this disclaimer is intended to release any party mentioned herein for any liability for injury or death caused through that party’s negligence.
I am experienced in and familiar with the operation of motorcycles and fully understand the risks and dangers inherent in motorcycling.
I am voluntarily participating in the EVENT(S) and I expressly agree to assume the entire risk of any accidents or personal injury, including death, which I might sustain to my person and property as a result of my participation in the events, and any negligence (except wilful neglect) on the part of any or all of the "RELEASED PARTIES" in performing their chapter duties.
By signing this Release, I certify that I have read this Release and fully understand it and that I am not relying on any statements or representations made by the "RELEASED PARTIES."

IMPORTANT INFORMATION PLEASE READ
CIDER RALLY 2024
Applicants staying in chalets must be a current HOG member and use their own HOG membership.
One booking is to be completed per chalet, all names staying in there must be added to the booking form, this will be explained once you are on the booking page,
Each person in the chalet must read and sign the event release on the Trybooking form and tick box to say you have read it
Children (5-16 years) attend at half price rally tickets
Once you receive an email from Gina with your booking reference you can then contact Sand Bay. Only ring this number 01934 428200 do not call the Pontins call centre number
We have needed to bring in some measures regarding Children (under 16’s). These measures have been put in place by Sand Bay not us, Sand Bay is usually an Adult Only site but they do allow children on site for our rally. Please bear the below in mind prior to booking:-
Children:
Are accompanied by an adult
Are not to be in the bar areas at any time
Must leave the entertainment hall by 9 p.m. You are able use the back entertainment hall after this time
Must leave the dance floor once the bands start
Accommodation on site, for 3 nights is £103 per Adult and includes Breakfast and evening meals. Whilst the Chapter controls room allocation, your accommodation is not confirmed until you have contacted Sand Bay. Pontin's do not give refunds, please discuss their insurance directly, or have your own Travel Insurance for cancellations.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
