PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING YOUR TICKET(S)
 Wrist bands on both Riders, pillions and pedestrians must be worn at all times and shown to a marshal at
the main gate when entering or leaving the Rally site. Please notify any Fenlander should you identify
anyone without a wrist band.
 Speed Limit on site is 5mph; No blocking of access points, roadways, or parking on rally site roads to
enable emergency vehicle access.
 ALL vehicles and bike trailers/trailers to be parked in the CAR PARK as sign posted and as directed by Rally
Marshals, with the exception of motorcycles and Motorhomes.
 All dogs must be kept on leads and owners are reminded to clear up after their dogs.
 No Open Fires permitted; Disposable BBQ’s must be kept off the grass. Do not place BBQ’s inside tents or
enclosed areas at any time.
 No Glass in the camping area and sports fields.
 Please be extra vigilant when removing Tent Pegs to ensure none are left in the ground. Please respect the main pitches.
 All rubbish should be disposed of in the skip provided.
 All persons purchasing a Ticket for this event acknowledge the Disclaimer detailed below

I/We agree that Newmarket Harley Davidson the Sponsoring Dealer, the Harley Owners Group (HOG), Harley-
Davidson Inc, Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Fenlanders Chapter and its respective officers, directors,
employees and agents (hereinafter, the “RELEASED PARTIES”) shall not be liable or responsible for injury to
me/us (including paralysis or death) or damage to my/our property occurring during any HOG or Fenlanders
Chapter activities resulting from acts or omissions occurring during the performance of the duties of the
Released Parties, even where the damage or injury is caused by negligence (except wilful neglect).
I/We understand and agree that all HOG members and their guests participate voluntarily and at their own risk
in all HOG activities and I/We assume all risks of injury and damage arising out of the conduct of such
activities.
I/We understand and agree that all refunds are to to be requested through the Club Secretary via e-mail secretary@fenlandershog.com and will be up to 80% of the ticket value only.
I/We release and hold the “RELEASED PARTIES” harmless from any injury or loss to my person or property
which may result from my/our participation in HOG activities and event(s). I/We understand that this means
that
I/We agree not to sue or take legal action against the “RELEASED PARTIES” for any injury (or resulting
damages) to myself/ourselves or my/our property arising from, or in connection with the performance of their
Chapter duties in sponsoring, planning or conducting of said event(s)

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
