Terms and Conditions

Payment of your ticket / exhibition stand will secure your space at this event.

Please keep this ticket for future reference.

Stand numbers will be accommodated on a first come first served basis and where the associated stand is available.

Stands can be set up from 7 am on the day of the Confex, visitors will be given entry at 9 am.

Refunds will be given on the following basis:
- Up to 20 weeks before the event - 5% admin fee
- Up to 10 weeks before the event - 15% admin fee
- Up to 5 weeks before the event - no refund.

All exhibitors will be contacted for their complimentary Digi-mag advertisement & video capture

The Digi-Mag will be produced and circulated by end July 24

Free parking is included at the venue

Lunch and refreshments are included in each ticket price

You must be 18 or over to attend this exhibition

Force Majeure - any cause or event beyond GB Shared control including, without limitation, Royal bereavement, pandemic, fire, flood, earthquake, strike, lock-out, public health emergency, acts or regulations of government, national calamity or riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, act of God, explosion, war, weather any cause or event arising out of or attributable to terrorism, or any other event (whether of a similar or dissimilar nature) beyond our control.

All exhibitors must have public liability insurance.

All exhibitors will be given ID badges & a GB Confex welcome pack, lanyards should be worn during the event.

Data Protection - by booking this event, you agree for GB Shared to facilitate certain introductions in line with our Confex events supply chain facilitation service.

All attendees must have a valid ticket or booking confirmation to attend the Confex

All ticket prices are exclusive of VAT.

All attendees are responsible for the security of their own equipment and valuables on the day.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
