Terms and Conditions  −  Walk in the Dark 2024 Coach Place 7pm

The coaches provided by Redline Travel will take you from Preston Hospital to the start of the walk at Chorley to sign in to collect your allocated walker number at the registration desk, and will leave the turning circle opposite St Clare's Church on Sharoe Green Lane, next to the hospital. There will be no shuttle bus at the end of the walk.

The journey on the coach takes approximately 30 minutes so the coach will have you at Chorley for 7:30pm, still plenty of time to join the warm-up to help loosen up your limbs to lively Zumba tracks. Seats on the shuttle service will be allocated on a first booked, first served basis, so please book promptly if you have a preferred time.

Please note that if you will be parking at Preston or Chorley Hospital, and the car registration you have provided during the booking process changes, then you will need to update us prior to the event taking place. This is to make sure you aren't charged for your parking.

There will be parking on-site for participants during the walk, but you must provide your car registration when booking. If you use a different car on the day, or you decide after booking to leave your car, then you will need to contact us with the correct registration number - this is to ensure you aren't charged for parking.

Providing you have provided your car registration at booking then please use Car Park E at Royal Preston Hospital which is a Staff Car Park next to the hospital entrance adjacent to St Clares RC Church. This is right next to where you will catch the bus service to take you to the start at Chorley. Parking is permitted here between the hours of 18.00 on 27th April and 04.00 on Sunday 28th April.
