These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern your participation in events organized by Sherborne Sports Centre Limited (hereinafter referred to as "SSC," "we," or "us"). By checking the box, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Entry Fees: The entry fee, as specified on the online entry system, is due in full at the time of submitting your entry application.

2. Closing Date: The closing date for entries is as indicated on each event term sheet.

3. Entry Policy: Participants enter the event at their own risk and must confirm their mental and physical fitness. SSC shall not be liable for any injury or loss, except in the case of negligence. Participants are advised to consult a medical professional if they have not exercised recently or have any medical conditions.

4. Transfer and Withdrawal Policy: Transfer and withdrawal policies, including applicable charges and refund details, are outlined in the specific race information provided. All transfers and deferrals must follow the procedure outlined by SSC.

5. Race Pack: Participants completing the event will receive a race memento. The size of items is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

6. Event Conduct: Participants consent to the filming, recording, or exploitation of the event and agree to the use of their name, likeness, and photograph by SSC. Personal items and clothing are deposited at the participant's risk.

7. Event Safety and Conduct: Participants must adhere to safety guidelines, display race numbers as instructed, and comply with any event-specific rules. The use of personal listening devices is subject to event-specific policies.

8. Covid-19 and Health Policy: Participants must not attend the event if they exhibit Covid-19 symptoms or meet certain criteria outlined in the health policy. Disqualification may occur for drug or alcohol use or abusive behavior.

9. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure), SSC reserves the right to cancel or modify the event. SSC's liability is limited to the total entry fee paid by the participant.

10. Liability and Indemnification: SSC is not liable for personal injury, and participants indemnify SSC against any claims resulting from a breach of these conditions. Participants are responsible for obtaining personal accident insurance.

11. Disclaimer: Participants accept all entry conditions, acknowledge SSC's limited liability, and release SSC from any consequential or indirect loss resulting from participation in the event.
