TRINITY PROMS 2024
EVENT GENERAL INFORMATION

1. TICKETS
If you have not received them (check spam) you can email the team at tpa@trinity.croydon.sch.uk. Do not worry as a full list of ticket holders will be at the entrance, with lead bookers’ names and details of tickets purchased. Please make sure that your party knows who the lead booker is as this will be the name on our list. Additional tickets will be available at the door. Priority Admission/Disabled Parking: Gates open at 3.00 pm.

2. PICNIC IN THE PARK & REFRESHMENTS
Refreshments are on offer at the Proms Picnic in the Park but please bring your picnic and do bring your own seating if you wish!
Come prepared for the unpredictable British weather! We recommend bringing warm clothes even in good weather as it is noticeably late evening. Please note that there is no shade on site, and you should bring everything you need in terms of sunhats, sunscreen, etc. Once again there will be a licensed bar selling soft drinks, beer and wine, including non-alcoholic drinks. Ice creams and premium hot drinks will also be available.

TPA bar - Please note that there are no cash points on site, and the TPA bar only takes card payments.

3. SCHOOL GROUNDS & PICNIC SITE
Dogs are NOT permitted.
The grounds of the school are a strictly NO SMOKING SITE.
Please help with our site welfare and support our waste collection/recycling team in reducing the environmental impact of the Proms and festival

4. CHILDREN
Children are the responsibility of their parents/guardians and should be always supervised.
There will be security personnel patrolling the grounds all evening to ensure that there is only authorised access and to ensure there is no underage drinking.

5. RAFFLE: There will be the opportunity to win lovely prizes.

The Trinity Malawi Team will be running stalls and activities.
