Terms and Conditions – YOLO Wellbeing Online Workshop
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the YOLO Wellbeing Workshops ("Workshop") provided by YOLO Wellbeing Ltd ("Organiser"). By registering for and participating in the Workshop, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Registration and Payment:
To participate in the Workshop, you must complete the registration process and pay the applicable fees, if any, as specified by the Organiser.
Payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of the Workshop.
Participant Conduct:
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner throughout the Workshop.
Any disruptive behaviour, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or violation of intellectual property rights, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the Workshop without refund.
Intellectual Property:
All materials provided during the Workshop, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and recordings, are the property of the Organiser or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use these materials for any purpose without the prior written consent of the Organiser.
Privacy Policy:
By participating in the Workshop, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with the Organiser's Privacy Policy.
The Organiser will only use your personal information for the purposes of administering the Workshop and communicating with you about related events and offerings.
The Organiser will never forward or sell your information to any third parties.
Liability and Disclaimers:
The Organiser shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred by participants during the Workshop, except to the extent caused by the Organiser's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
The Workshop is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Technical Requirements:
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology and equipment to access and participate in the Workshop, including a reliable internet connection, compatible device, and any required software.
The Organiser shall not be responsible for any technical issues experienced by participants that are beyond its control.
Should the Organiser experience technical issues which adversely affect the ability to deliver the Workshop, an alternative time for the Workshop will be scheduled. If the participant is unable to attend the new, scheduled date and time the participant is entitled to a full refund of any fees paid. No other compensation will be offered.
Changes and Cancellations:
The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the Workshop schedule, content, or format at any time, with or without notice.
In the event that the Workshop is cancelled or rescheduled by the Organiser, participants will be entitled to a full refund of any fees paid.
Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UK laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By registering for the Workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the Workshop.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
