Terms and Conditions

All Forest School at The Old Library sessions can be booked online via TryBooking.com. Booking for each session or block of sessions will open 2 or 3 weeks prior to the start of the first session and they will be advertised via The Old Library website and our mailing list. Bookings will close when the session is full, or 48 hours prior to the session.

The booking form asks for the child’s name, age, allergies or health conditions, dietary requirements, any support needs and photo consent as well as emergency contact details. This form will form the basis of the register for each session. All information will be kept confidentially and deleted/destroyed after the end of each session.

Cancellations
We accept cancellations up to 48 hours prior to the session for a full refund but please give us as much notice as possible so that we have the best chance of filling the space. No refund will be given for cancellations of less than 48 hours notice.

Complaints
If you have a complaint about any aspect of our Forest School sessions, we would encourage you to speak to the Forest School Leader directly if you feel able to do so. You can also contact us by email on forestschoolattheoldlibrary@gmail.com. We aim to respond in writing within 28 days to any complaint raised by email.

A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
