Terms and Conditions
1. This ticket is proof of purchase of the above event and must be presented at the time of admission.
2. This ticket is non-transferable and only one ticket is valid per ticket purchased.
3. Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry. Only tickets purchased via Trybooking, Pink Rooster Box Office or from approved agents are valid for admission. Tickets sold via third parties and other unauthorised outlets, including online auction sites, are not valid for admission. Pink Rooster will not take responsibility for the validity of tickets purchased from unauthorised agents or other sources.
4. Tickets must not be sold or offered for sale from within the venue premises except from Trybooking the Pink Rooster Box Office or other authorised booking platforms. Reselling a ticket for profit or commercial gain makes it void and the ticket holder will be refused entry. Pink Rooster is not liable for any tickets which are lost or stolen.
5. Refunds are available at the discretion of the Event Organiser (Pink Rooster Charity) or Please choose carefully as we are unable to provide refunds.
6. Refunds and exchanges will only be offered in the event of cancellation or rescheduling of the date of the performance. All tickets are non-transferable to other events. Refund or exchange must be requested from your point of purchase and can only be claimed by the person who made the booking. Refunds will only cover the face value of the tickets and not any associated booking fees or postage.
7. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling the date of the performance, refunds will be considered up until the day before the original date of the event (or the previous rescheduled date, where the event has been rescheduled more than once). The original date can be found on the webpage for that event.
8. Refunds and exchanges will not be offered if, for any reason, the performer is on site and the performance goes ahead but the ticket holder is unable to travel to the venue.
9. Refunds and exchanges will not be made if the performer is on site and the performance goes ahead but the ticket holder leaves due to bad weather (outdoor and indoor performances).
10. Pink Rooster and event promoter are not liable for any personal travel, accommodation or hospitality arrangements made relating to the event or cancellation of any event.
11. Some performances may have specific conditions of sale. These will be listed on the event pages for that event on this site and it is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check this before they purchase tickets.
12. Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person for certain events.
13. The Event Organiser (Pink Rooster Charity) reserves the right to refuse entry.
14. This ticket may be valid as a tax invoice or receipt in the case of registrations or other event payments.
15. This ticket has been created and managed using the TryBooking site and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of TryBooking

17. Pink Rooster Charity reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised programme at any time and without advance notice.
18. Proof of age or concession card may be requested.
19. Unless otherwise stated, under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
20. Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult and may be admitted to seating areas only.
21. Please ensure that there are seated tickets available before booking for any child under 14.
22. If there are no age restrictions advertised, the ticket buyer takes full responsibility for exposing the child to the content and context of the event.
23. For shows deemed to be suitable for families, tickets are required for each child attending a performance. Children under 18 months old go free as long as they sit on the parents lap.
24. Babes in arms are only permitted to non-family events at the discretion of Pink Rooster. Please ask before booking tickets.
25. Some performances and/or specific seating areas may have age restrictions. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check any restrictions before they purchase tickets.
26. Pink Rooster reserves the right to alter your seat allocation without prior notice.
27. Latecomers will have to wait to be seated. There will be no refunds. Doors open 1 hour before the event.
28. Tickets cannot be on-sold by any means at a price greater than the purchase price of the ticket. Scalped tickets may be cancelled, and the ticket holder denied entry.
29. For security reasons, security searches of bags, clothing and all other items may take place as a condition of entry. Pink Rooster / the Event Organiser reserves the right to confiscate items that may cause danger or disruption to the event or others attending the event.
30. The Management of the venue / Pink Rooster reserves the right to refuse admission or attendance to any person and to remove persons from the premises for any reason where necessary.
31. The Management of the venue / Pink Rooster reserves the right to refuse admission and/or eject any person appearing to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or otherwise behaving dangerously or inappropriately. No refunds will be given under these circumstances.
32. Pink Rooster / Event Organiser is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage except where any such loss, injury or damage is caused by the negligence of Pink Rooster, its employees or agents.
33. It is against the law to smoke on the premises. The use of E-cigarettes is not permitted on the premises.
34. The event organiser has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event. Photography and filming is not allowed in the auditorium.
35. If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all patrons.
36. Any data collected for marketing purposes from this event will be strictly in accordance with Pink Rooster’s Privacy Policy.
37. Your data will not be used for marketing purposes unless consent was provided at the point of purchase. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting Pink Rooster Charity email: info@pinkrooster.org
