Please be advised that tickets can be refunded up to 48 hours before the event upon request. If the event has to be cancelled due to extenuating circumstances i.e. due to staff illness or disruptive weather, we will email ahead of time and process a refund from our side.

On arrival, please present your ticket (on your device) at the Canopy and we will show you where to go.

Redcatch Community Garden is located within Redcatch Park and can be accessed easily via Broadwalk side. It sits between the tennis courts and car park on that side.

We encourage any visitors who can to travel by foot. If you need to travel by car, you can use the car park mentioned above. Additionally, there is free parking available on Redcatch Road.
