Teams will comprise of 4-6 people depending on final numbers and an average score will be calculated to determine final scores. We will endeavour to group and allocate teams based on tickets purchased where possible.

If cancelling your booking refunds will be processed if requested at least 48 hours in advance (you will only receive the ticket cost as a refund and not the booking or processing fees).

If cancelling your ticket(s) and there is less than 48 hours notice given, or you do not turn up for this event, no refunds will be given.

If for any reason the venue can no longer host the event or the organiser needs to change the date, you will be notified as soon as possible and have the option to receive a refund if you cannot make any re-arranged date.

You are responsible for your own safety and wellbeing, whilst bowling and you must follow the Bowling House rules at all times.

Please state dietary requirements at time of booking or let the organiser know if anything needs to be amended.

The ticket(s) purchased provide one person entry to bowl (through a tournament as described) and to dine (with sharing platters). It does not cover any drinks, these are to be purchased at your own expense from The Bowling House.

Tickets are for ages 18+ due to the timings of the event.

TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
