You are also reminded that if you leave the Company within 15 months of completing the course then the total costs incurred by the Company in providing this training will be deducted from your final monies in accordance with the sliding scale outlined in the Training Agreement signed by you when you commenced employment.
Cancellation Fees/Fees for Non-attendance
Attendance of this course is essential as indicated above. Please note there will be a fee of the cost mentioned in the course information charged to you should you (the learner) fail to attend, complete or withdraw from the course or qualification without good reason. If you cannot attend you must inform you manager within 7 days of receiving this email, failure to do this will result in the fee will be then charged to yourself under the same conditions 
If the company incur additional costs as a result of re-booking you on training you will be liable for these costs
