If you chose to proceed with your booking, you will be bound by the following:
To attend the event (subject to availability) you must pay the £25 fee per person (ticket price) in advance of the event day.
The ticket price may vary due to special promotions.
Tickets cannot be purchased on the day of the event.
Each ticket allows entry for one guest.
Each ticket holder under the age of 18 must be accompanied to the event and supervised by a ticket holding adult.
Any attendee over the age of 3 requires a ticket.
Attendees under the age of 3 do not require a ticket but must be seated on the lap of the ticket holder. Please note there is no space for prams or buggies within the seating area. Buggies or prams may be left outside the café, at the owners own risk. Please be aware that there will be loud music.
All accessibility requirements should be advised at time of booking and no later than 3 weeks before the event.
If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute at no extra cost. Please notify us of the change prior to the event, however, please note that additional requirements may not be possible to accommodate at short notice.
We regret we are unable to offer refunds, should you need to cancel less than 21 days prior to the event taking place.
We reserve the right to cancel the event or change the venue/date/time, due to circumstances beyond our control. In this case, we will refund the full ticket price if required. However, we will not be liable for any other costs incurred by attendees.
All additional costs related to the event including, but not limited to, travel and accommodation are the responsibility of the attendees.
The organisers are not liable for any injury, damage or loss other than in respect of death or personal injury arising as a result of the organisers’ negligence.
Attendees of the event agree to be filmed/photographed and for their images used in publicity by My Cancer My Choices.
We reserve the right to refuse admission and/or eject anyone as deemed necessary.
If you experience any problems during the course of the event, please contact the events manager or a member of staff as soon as possible so that the issue can be resolved prior to, or during the event.
We will use the information to process your booking. All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4.
