The customer is entirely responsible for entering their details correctly during the booking process and must ensure that all details supplied are true and accurate.
The customer is responsible for informing Hounslow Symphony Orchestra of any changes to their details once the booking is concluded.
All tickets booked online must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
Hounslow Symphony Orchestra reserves the right to place restrictions on the volume of any tickets ordered.

Postal tickets are not available. Tickets are only available electronically.
Proof of identification may be asked for when presenting tickets at a venue.
Hounslow Symphony Orchestra tickets must not be re-sold for profit or commercial gain. Tickets will become void if this is found to be the case.
Ticket prices may be adjusted in real-time and will reflect the most current price for each performance based on demand. Prices are subject to change without notice.
We do not offer refunds except if a performance is cancelled.
