Terms and Conditions  −  A Monster Fireworks Display at McGovern Park 2024

CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES. On Entry please use a sticker and write your number on it and stick it to your child. If a child is found it will be taken to the lost child point at the entrance to the clubhouse and we can call you if they have a sticker with your number on it. 

VIP TICKETS include: fast-track queue jump to get in, access to VIP balcony viewing area for the fireworks, free glow toy and free food voucher for The Emerald Rooms. On arrival at the VIP gate go to the security with a clipboard they will scan your VIP ticket and give you a wristband for balcony access and vouchers for the glow stall and food voucher to be redeemed upstairs in the Emerald Rooms. Glow voucher is for 1 toy only. Food voucher is for 1 meal only from the Emerald rooms, does not include drinks. To access the balcony you must wear the wristband and show it to the security guard who will then grant you access. Anyone not wearing a wristband will not be permitted access to the balcony. There is no seating on the balcony, standing room only. Wheelchairs and pushchairs are not allowed on the balcony.

UV GLOW KIDS PARTIES - Only children with a UV Glow Party ticket will be admitted to the party which is located upstairs in the Emerald Lounge, suitable for children under 12yrs. One parent or guardian must accompany their child to the party. Other children (brothers/sisters) will not be admitted without a party ticket (with the exception of babies under 1yrs) and there is not space for more than one parent or guardian per child. Parents / Guardians / kids MUST ALSO HAVE A FIREWORKS TICKET to enter the ground in order to attend the party. There are two UV Glow Kids parties - the first will start at 4.45pm and end at 5.30pm, the second will start at 5.50pm and end at 6.35pm. Check your ticket and make sure you arrive in time for the correct party you bought a ticket for. Tickets are only valid for the party at the time stated on said ticket.

Unless the event is cancelled by the organisers all tickets are non-refundable
No concessions
Tickets must be purchased online in advance, no tickets will be available on the gate
Tickets will be scanned upon entry
You cannot enter without a ticket
Children over 1yrs old must have a ticket
If you have lost / forgotten your tickets you will have to buy new tickets
You may be refused entry if you appear intoxicated or exhibit disorderly behavior
You will be ejected from the event if you are intoxicated or exhibit disorderly behavior
Bag searches will be conducted on entry: fireworks, sparklers, alcohol, drugs, goods for sale or weapons of any kind will not be allowed into the venue – these may be confiscated or you will be refused entry
‘Frisking’ body searches may be conducted by security and you may be asked to empty your pockets and bags
Strictly no dogs / pets / bicycles / scooters allowed inside the gates
This is a large pyrotechnical display – may contain flashing lights
Fireworks go off with a bang – children or those with sensitive hearing should wear ear defenders or ear plugs
There is no parking available on site: visitors are encouraged to walk or take public transport: the E7 bus stops directly outside the ground, South Ruislip tube (central line) and train station are only 10min walk away. If driving to the event please observe parking restrictions on local roads.
Family and Group tickets must arrive together and can only gain entry in a group
No re-entry - if your ticket has been scanned it cannot be used again
Wear sensible footwear, some of the spectator area is on grass which may be wet or muddy
If you can, avoid brining buggys / pushchairs as the area will be crowded and some of the spectator area is on grass
Photographs and videos may be taken and used to promote our venue and future events, only purchase you ticket if you consent to you image being used

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
