Tickets purchased are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. Deva Legion is not responsible for cancellation which is deemed to be 'out of their control'. Early Bird tickets have no associated benefits aside from their discounted price.

Your ticket is Proof of Purchase to The Circus Maximus: rally in the valley 2025, and must be presented on admission to the venue. Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry. The Event Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry, and/ or insist that any person behaving in an inappropriate, threatening or unruly manner leaves the venue/ event - these circumstances will not entitle any refunds.

The Event Organiser has the rights to record, photograph and produce media of this event; by purchasing a ticket/ attending the event, you agree to this, understanding that you may be seen on social media and web pages.

Each ticket entitles attendees access to the rally, a rally pack, and participation in the associated activities; the ticket price does not include any food or drink, or any rally merchandise.

Personal data collected will not be used for marketing purposes, or any purpose unrelated to this event. Any and all information collected is for rally administration purposes only. Neither the Deva Legion or the International Pavilion, Llangollen will be held responsible for any loss, injury or impact as a result of attending the rally. By purchasing tickets, or attending with a purchased ticket you are agreeing to abstain from all future litigious activity against the Harley Owner's Group, Deva Legion or the International Pavilion, Llangollen.
