Terms and Conditions
1. Nobody will be allowed admission to the Event without a valid ticket or pass.
2. For the safety of people at the Event, Winchester College reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any person and conduct security searches as they deem appropriate.
3. All tickets or passes should be checked on purchase, as mistakes cannot always be rectified. Refunds and exchanges will be offered up to 7 days prior to the Event. Cancellations within 7 days of the Event will be eligible for exchanges only, subject to availability. Refunds and exchanges will not be granted with less than 24 hours' notice before the Event.
4. In addition to the ticket price, your order may require payment of a booking fee per ticket.
5. If the Event is rescheduled or moved, Winchester College will give you the options of either retaining or exchanging your tickets for the new date/location or receiving a refund. If the Event is cancelled, you may be offered the option to transfer your ticket to a future event or a refund on your tickets.
6. If the Event is rescheduled, changed, moved or cancelled, Winchester College cannot be held responsible for any resulting costs you may incur for travel, accommodation and other related goods, services or compensation.
7. Tickets cannot be re-sold for commercial gain. If we have reason to believe that tickets have been re-sold, they will be invalidated, and the holder will be refused admission.
8. Winchester College reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of any part of the Event in circumstances beyond reasonable control without any obligation to refund or exchange tickets.
9. Winchester College will not be responsible for any loss, damage, death or injury howsoever caused unless (i) the relevant party has breached its legal obligations; and (ii) such loss or damage is a direct and reasonably foreseeable result of the breach. Winchester College will not be responsible for the actions of any third party.
10. If any of the Event is planned to take place outdoors it will take place regardless of weather conditions (unless deemed unsafe). There are no refunds for bad weather.
11. Winchester College does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the Event.
12. Visitors may be filmed, photographed or sound recorded for broadcast, publication or security purposes whilst at the Event by Winchester College and our trusted sponsors and partners.
13. It is a condition of your admission to the Event that no commercial (non-private) use may be made by you of the Event or any part of it.
14. Visitors are not permitted to bring animals to the Event with the exception of guide, assistance and hearing dogs.
15. Please check your route prior to travelling to ensure you arrive on time. Winchester College is not responsible for any delays due to travel disruptions and admission cannot always be guaranteed for latecomers.
16. The relevant United Kingdom law will apply to these Terms and Conditions and the relevant courts of the United Kingdom will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to the Terms and Conditions.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
