Ticket Terms and Conditions for Our Dementia Choir Christmas Party Night 2024
General Admission
-By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
-All attendees must have a valid ticket to gain entry to the event.
Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by the organisers.
Event Cancellation or Postponement
-In the unlikely event of cancellation or postponement, the organisers will provide a refund or offer a ticket exchange for a rescheduled date.
-No refunds will be issued for changes to the event lineup or schedule.
Admission
-Doors will open at the time specified on the ticket. Late entry may not be permitted.
-The organisers reserve the right to conduct security checks upon entry.
-Attendees must comply with any health and safety regulations in place at the time of the event.
Behaviour
-The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone from the event who is acting inappropriately, causing a disturbance, or failing to comply with the event staff's instructions.
-Any form of harassment, discrimination, or abuse will not be tolerated.
Liability
-The organisers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that occurs during the event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
-Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
Photography and Media
-The event may be photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being included in such media.
-Personal photography is permitted, but the use of professional equipment or flash photography is prohibited unless authorised by the organisers.
Raffle
-Raffle tickets will be available for purchase at the event. All sales are final, with proceeds supporting the Our Dementia Choir charity.
-Raffle prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Special Guests
-The appearance of advertised special guests, including Vicky McClure and other celebrities, is subject to availability and may change without notice.
Accessibility
-If you have any specific accessibility requirements, please notify the organisers at the time of booking to ensure suitable arrangements can be made.
Smoking and Alcohol
-Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. The venue may impose additional restrictions.
