Event Rules for Raasleela Garba Nights 2024

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for everyone, please adhere to the following event rules:

1. Entry: Please bring a valid photo ID and your e-ticket (printed or digital) for entry. No ticket, No entry.

2. Age Restrictions: This is a family-friendly event. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.


3. Dress Code: Traditional attire is encouraged to celebrate the spirit of Garba. Please dress appropriately for the occasion.

4. Outside Food & Drinks: No outside food or beverages are allowed. Food and drinks will be available for purchase inside the venue.


5. No Smoking/No Alcohol: This is a smoke-free, alcohol-free event. Smoking or consuming alcohol inside the venue is strictly prohibited. Additionally, any person found to have consumed alcohol prior to entering will be refused entry.

6. No Meat Products: As this is a strictly religious event, attendees are not permitted to bring meat or meat-related products into the venue.


7. Security Checks: For the safety of all attendees, bag checks and security screenings will be conducted upon entry.

8. Behavior: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior, harassment, or any form of violence. Anyone found violating these rules will be escorted off the premises without refund.

9. Photography and Videography: By entering the event, all attendees give permission to the event organizers to take photos and videos of them, as well as the entire audience. These images and videos may be used to promote the event across all marketing channels, including social media, websites, and promotional materials. Commercial use or unauthorized recording of performances by attendees is strictly prohibited.


10. Personal Belongings: The organizers are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during the event.

11. Health & Safety: Please follow all health and safety guidelines as specified by the event organizers, including any necessary COVID-19 protocols.


12. Right of Refusal: The event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals from the event if they are deemed to be disturbing the event or causing discomfort to others, without any refunds for their tickets.

Please note that all ticket purchases for Raasleela Garba Nights 2024, taking place from October 3rd to October 13th, 2024, are final. We do not offer any refunds or exchanges once a ticket has been purchased.

Entry: Please bring a valid photo ID and your e-ticket (printed or digital) for entry. No ticket, No entry.

Additionally, no alternate entries or substitutions are allowed for season pass holders. Only the original ticket holder is permitted entry for the duration of the event, and passes are non-transferable.

Exceptions to this policy will only be made in the event of cancellation or rescheduling of the event by the organizer. In such cases, the organizer will provide specific guidelines regarding refunds or alternative options.
